India’s Top Killer Death Diseases

Consumption of tobacco, obesity, high cholesterol, and blood pressure are the most common causes of cardiovascular diseases which can sometimes also be hereditary. One should maintain a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and quit smoking along with the use of tobacco.

Digestive Diseases

People neglect while consuming food but digestive disorders can lead to deaths. Unnecessary medications, unhealthy food along with substance abuse are major causes. It is wise to stop smoking and drinking alcohol by maintaining a healthy diet and exercising regularly.

Undefined Conditions & Unintentional Injuries

Sadly, so many people in India fall prey to undefined conditions. Regular medical care can save you from some of the diseases. Sometimes, unintentional injuries like accidents or sunstrokes can kill people too. Negligence, road and weather conditions cause these types of deaths. It is better to always carry a first aid kit and follow rules.

Diarrheal Diseases

Food or bacterial infections, severe medications, and radiation therapy can lead to diarrheal diseases which can ultimately lead to death. Sanitation and a healthy diet are important. Smoking and alcohol consumption don’t do much good.
